Of course, routines will continue to need some tending to and you need to reset every so often, so this can be used to get you back on track as well.
Print this out and put it in a picture frame. If you print it on 8.5×11, a document frame works perfect! Keep it on your desk, nightstand, or other place you will see it every day. That was it’s both a reminder and a check list to make sure you keep your streak up! Write in your goal and a reward to motivate you with dry erase marker on the frame. Then use the marker to tally each day toward your goal. When you’re done, pick a new habit to start!
